Key Features of Kashmiri Woolen Cordset:

  1. Fabric: The wool used in these cordsets comes from sheep native to the Kashmir region, renowned for producing some of the finest wool in the world. This wool is softer and warmer than many other varieties.
  2. Design: These outfits are often adorned with intricate Kashmiri embroidery or patterns, including traditional motifs like paisleys, floral designs, or geometric patterns. This makes the cordset not only functional but also visually appealing.
  3. Color and Texture: Kashmiri woolen cordsets come in a variety of colors, from subtle earthy tones to rich, vibrant hues. The texture of the wool can range from fine and smooth to slightly thicker for added warmth.
  4. Versatility: This set is ideal for both casual and formal occasions, depending on the style and design. It can be worn as daily wear in cold regions or as part of traditional festive attire.
  5. Cultural Heritage: Kashmiri wool products, including cordsets, are part of the rich cultural and textile heritage of the Kashmir Valley. The craftsmanship involved is passed down through generations, and the designs often carry symbolic meanings tied to the region’s history and culture.

This is quite a problem to solve, but just doing without greeking text won’t fix it. Using test items of real content and data in designs will help, but there’s no guarantee that every oddity will be found and corrected. Do you want to be sure? Then a prototype or beta site with real content published from the real CMS is needed—but you’re not going that far until you go through an initial design cycle.

Second, use lorem ipsum if you think the placeholder text will be too distracting. For specific projects, collaboration between copywriters and designers may be best, however, like Karen McGrane said, draft copy has a way of turning any meeting about layout decisions into a discussion about word choice. So don’t be afraid to use lorem ipsum to keep everyone focused.

One word of caution: make sure your client knows that lorem ipsum is filler text. You don’t want them wondering why you filled their website with a foreign language, and you certainly don’t want anyone prematurely publishing it.

If that’s what you think how bout the other way around? How can you evaluate content without design? No typography, no colors, no layout, no styles, all those things that convey the important signals that go beyond the mere textual, hierarchies of information, weight, emphasis, oblique stresses, priorities, all those subtle cues that also have visual and emotional appeal to the reader.

Rigid proponents of content strategy may shun the use of dummy copy but then designers might want to ask them to provide style sheets with the copy decks they supply that are in tune with the design direction they require. Or else, an alternative route: set checkpoints, networks, processes, junctions between content and layout. Depending on the state of affairs it may be fine to concentrate either.
