Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you receive in original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If the refund is approved the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 6 to 8 working days.

The quality for a return, please ensure

The product is unused, and need to be in original packaging.

The return request is made within 3 days from the date of delivery.

A valid proof of purchase [ order confirmation or receipt ] is provided.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
